Therefore, in the daily production work, the weighing system of the mixing plant should be regularly checked to ensure that each measurement data is within the allowable range of error (the aggregate allowable error is 2%, and the allowable errors of cement, fly ash, water, and admixtures are 1%). Generally, aggregate metering bucket is checked at least once a month, cement, fly ash, water, admixture are checked at least twice a month. According to the use of powder materials and inventory dynamics regularly write-off. Checking the concrete over scale can also help find problems in the weighing system.
When the mixing plant uses two or more grades of cement at the same time, it must be clearly marked on the buttons of the concrete mixing plant control panel. To avoid misuse, avoid using hot cement as much as possible. Because the use of hot cement will cause the collapse of concrete much quickly. Admixtures of different specifications or produced by different manufacturers are not allowed to be used at the same time. It can be used only when the bucket is clean and drained.
