To solve the problem, we should find the foundamental reason.Inductive signal can only occur when the distance between the discharging door proximity switch and turning handle pointer is less than 5mm. In the condition when the oil pump pressure of discharging door is stucked by the residue, the proximity switch couldnl't induce signal, this is the fault we taught above.
Then how to solve this problem? First, we should check whether the work pressure of hydralic system reaches the standard or not. Then,switch to manual operation to open the discharging door, and close it after the residue has droped. In the end, check whether the proximity switch and the proximity switch are in a loose state, and whether the switch is damaged.
