Type 75 concrete mixing station in Baodi, Tianjin

On April 17th, in Baodi District, Tianjin, the HZS75 concrete batching plant equipment produced by Jianxin Machinery of Zhengzhou has been installed on site and can be put into production soon after debugging by the staff.
The HZS75 concrete batching plant is a medium and small concrete batching plant with a theoretical production capacity of 75 cubic meters per hour. This order adopted the highest configuration of the 75-type batching plant. Upon user’s request, the host adopts lift-type feeding and the batching part is sealed. The batching machine is installed in a pit of more than one meter deep to prevent the dust generating during transportation of conveyor belt while directly exposed.
HZS75 concrete batching plant can be used for small and medium-sized commercial concrete batching plant in rural construction. It can also be used to centrally mix concrete in some large-scale construction projects. The equipment has a fully automatic control system, automatic batching, and can be set with different ingredients, with one-button replacement concrete type. Its accurate metering system ensures concrete quality.
