The aggregate batching system generally consists of a storage bin and a measuring device. The storage bin is mainly used to store aggregates. The storage bin can be set in three forms, such as three silos, four silos, etc. Store multiple types of aggregate. The capacity of the storage bin is generally determined according to the model scale of the concrete mixing station equipment. Large-scale mixing stations use large models of concrete batching machines, and the outlet under the storage bin adopts a pneumatic control door.

Concrete aggregate measurement is divided according to measurement methods, and there are two types of sand and stone independent measurement and cumulative measurement. Independent measurement is to set a weighing device under each storage bin. After the aggregate is weighed, the pneumatic valve of the weighing bucket is opened. The measured aggregate falls on the belt conveyor below and is transported by the belt conveyor to the main bin. Inside, after the other powders and water admixtures are weighed and transported to the collecting bin, the mixer can be started to stir. Cumulative metering is to set a baffle and a belt on the belt conveyor to form a measuring tank. Aggregate falls into the measuring tank and completes the cumulative measurement with the belt conveyor. Independent weighing and cumulative weighing methods both adopt electronic weighing, and the dynamic measurement accuracy can meet the requirements of standard specifications.
