What are the mixing processes for stabilized soil mixing plant equipment?

The main standard of evaluating a set of stabilized soil mixing plant equipment is the output and mixing quality. Stirring process of the stabilized soil mixing station: 3 to 6 hoppers of the stabilized soil mixing station are loaded with the loader or belt conveyor according to the raw materials required for the project. The required powder is sent to the stirring device; the stirring water of the stabilized soil mixing station is sent to the watering device nozzle by the water pump through the regulating valve and the pipeline according to the required water amount of the project, and is uniformly sprayed into the stirring device and enters the mixer. The material is agitated by the circumferential, radial and axial forces of the pulp on the two stirring shafts of the two mixing shafts which are mutually reversed in the mixer, so that the material is subjected to extrusion friction, shearing and convection, thereby making the material intense. Forced mixing, and to the discharge port, when the material reaches the discharge port of the machine, the various materials have been uniformly mixed with each other, and have the water content required for compaction, after which the uniform material is discharged. The mouth falls onto the inclined belt conveyor, and is transported by the belt conveyor to the storage bin. After waiting for the delivery truck to arrive, the bucket door controlled by the cylinder is opened, the bucket door is closed after loading, and the finished product is transported to the construction site.
