The cement silo is an important part of the concrete mixing station. It is easy to wear in high frequency and high strength production conditions, so some technical skills need to be used. The cement silo has a cylindrical structure, and the bottom is supported by four round tube legs. The whole silo is in the form of steel structure and welded; the top is provided with a dust collector and a pressure safety valve. When the cement  silo is working, it is erected by a special crane, and then placed on the pre-prepared concrete foundation for welding. Therefore, the cement silo is a fixed tank when it is used, and the output of the material must pass through the discharge port strictly.  Therefore, it is important to ensure the smoothness of the discharge opening. To ensure unobstructed unloading of the cement silo, it is necessary to ensure that the material conveyed into the cement silo is dry, otherwise stones will form in the tank body, affecting the unloading of the cement silo; the bulk silo stored in the silo warehouse should be inspected at ordinary times. Check if the cement silo is well sealed, if there is any air leakage, etc. If the abnormality is found to be treated in time, the problem will be prevented from expanding. Each time the cement silo is cleaned, the cement silo must be dried to prevent the material from getting wet. When it is required to discharge, first open the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone and then transport the cement through the cement conveyor. In the process of discharging, if the phenomenon of “arching” occurs, press the button of the electromagnetic valve of the arching device in time to blow the air, eliminate the “arching” and feed, and ensure the smooth supply of cement.
