In the concrete mixing process, the equipment of the concrete mixing plant will follow the pre-established procedures to place stones first, then cement, sand and water. These materials will be weighed and then enter the interior of the host via conveyor system. The sequence is controlled by the mixing station control system. Such feeding order is mainly to ensure that various materials can be fully and evenly mixed. Due to the fact that the concrete mixing plant uses forced mixers as the main machine and the discharge port is at the lower part of the main machine, water shall not be added first, but added slowly and evenly as the dry material is putting. Stones are relatively loose, and it is easier to discharge materials to avoid sticking cement in the hopper. Add sand to the cement and keep the cement in the middle to prevent dust.
